I started tracking my time and habits using my calendar because I wanted an easy way to see my sleep, workouts, and daily patterns all in one place. After a few months of manually entering data from my WHOOP tracker, I realized I could automate the whole process, so I did.

Circadia connects directly to my WHOOP account and automatically syncs sleep, workout, and recovery data into Google Calendar. Now, at a glance, I can see my health trends and routines alongside meetings, tasks, and life stuff.

My bigger vision is for Circadia to become a fully integrated assistant—a tool that not only tracks habits, but also provides insight, detects patterns, and suggests optimizations. I actually built a custom GPT to experiment with habit analysis and coaching, but the main feature I shipped (and open sourced) is the real-time WHOOP-to-calendar integration.

The app is here. If you wear a WHOOP, use GCal, and want to visualize your health data, give it a try!
